MEET THE BAND:
Patrick Christina
With over four decades of musical experience, Patrick brings a unique set of skills to Beat Patrol. Patrick has played drums for over ten bands in six different cities. From Hollywood in the 1970's to San Diego and later Houston, Texas, he has learned something from every city and band.
His experience in classic rock, new wave, pop, alternative rock, grunge, southern rock, R&B and blues, allows him to cover a variety of genres.
Says Patrick, "It's a pleasure being the new drummer for Beat Patrol and to play with great musicians. I look forward to rocking the house with Beat Patrol."
Kelly jones
Kelly started playing the guitar at age 12, learning some basics in his junior high music class and from lessons at a local music store in San Diego. This led to a life long passion for music, playing the guitar, and attending concerts.
In 2012, Kelly played guitar and wrote the music for the rock band Emergency, which released a full CD of original songs entitled "Everybody Panic". In 2015 Kelly played bass and sang for the local cover band Chasing Mischief.
Since 2017, Kelly has been having a blast establishing Beat Patrol in the Portland music scene. Kelly's goal in Beat Patrol is to offer a wide variety of guitar based rock, staying true to original songs but also adding his unique style of playing guitar and singing.
Crosby Ringer
Crosby was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He has been playing for nine years. His hobbies outside of music include camping and hiking. Most people know him as a jokester. He likes classic rock the most but enjoys a wide variety of music. His favorite quote: "Live fast, die young, and leave a beautiful corpse."
