  • Theatre parking lot - ADA upgrades

  • Paving, landscaping, lighting, and security

Interior Improvements

  • Install LED lighting and control system

  • New audio and visual equipment

  • Structural design and engineering-auditorium ceiling and lobby areas

  • Plaster restoration of auditorium and lobby ceilings

  • Mechanical-boiler upgrade

Capacity Building

  • Staff expansion

  • Expand Arts Education programming
